Essentially
this is a three-stage production process
- Heating
While the mould is slowly rotated through two axes, heat is applied
to melt and fuse a plastic resin to form a continuous skin on
the
inside surface of the mould.
- Cooling
Maintaining the rotation of the mould, it is gradually cooled
to
solidify the plastic part.
- De-Moulding and Recharging
The rotation is stopped, the mould is opened, the part is removed
and then re-charged with resin and the whole process is repeated.
